P Stone Gallery – Store Visit by Interior design students
On September 20, 2022, Academy Of Design & Management (ADM) under the guidance and management of JD Institute Of Fashion Technology Cochin organized a store visit to P Stone gallery at Edappally for the students of the interiors department under the mentorship of Ms. Christeena James & Ragasree -Faculty for Interiors Department.
The items on display were made of high-quality materials. Furthermore, these are well-known for being easy to use, beautifully finished, long-lasting, and scratch-resistant.”Mr. Joseph Antony,” the store’s supervision mentor, explained to our students how to select quality assured natural stone and stone tiles.
Interior design is constantly updating and improving all of the elements that lead to better design and, consequently, a better lifestyle. Interior designers should be aware of the various options for materials and finishes that are expanding on a daily basis, just as they have access to a wide range of raw materials and technologically advanced surfaces and styles. Students from various batches with academic modules such as Materials & Sourcing for MSc, BSc, and Diploma students gained extensive knowledge about the various types of natural stones used in paving, stone tiles, and wall claddings as a result of this store visit.
ADM believes in organizing such hands-on learning opportunities for a better educational experience Under the guidance of the decades-old JD Institute. Students had the opportunity to interact with the Supervision mentor and other staff members while learning about the company’s products during the P Stone gallery store visit, which was a fruitful outside-of-classroom learning opportunity.
