Street Style Fashion Show by ADM Students
On December 4th, students of Academy of Design and Management under the guidance of JD Institute of Fashion Technology Cochin organized a street fashion show at the Flea Market – Christmas Carnival in collaboration with All Things Bright, Kaloor International Stadium.
All Things Bright is an open platform that includes fun, art, music, events, and flea for aspiring entrepreneurs and artists to gather and connect while showcasing their merchandise, products, or services Christmas carnival, students from Academy of Design and Management under the guidance of jd institute of fashion technology had a fantastic opportunity to showcase a street style fashion show in which the students stylized the ready-made garments in a complete street style where ADM Cochin students served as models for the fashion show, showcasing their modeling abilities and beginning their careers in line.
Unlike the ready-made outfits that were worn on the runway, the clothes worn here were all trendy ensembles, such as ribbed full-sleeve turtleneck crop tops, flared denim, oversized tee shirts, jackets paired with black cargo pants, mini skirts, and printed shirts. To emphasize the outfits, the students accessorized them with slinger bags, gloves, boots, Converse shoes, cool sunglasses, caps, stockings, and silver chains and earrings. Street style is an inclusive approach to fashion that includes styles that cross over, differ slightly from conventional fashion ideas, and are based on individualism rather than merely focusing on the most recent trends.
Mr. Shehin Rajan, an Adm alumnus and show choreographer, organized for the students’ energy pack walk during the performance. This brought a bygone era back to the runway, and audiences all over the world enjoyed seeing the young students hit it with style and attitude. Adam Lights Photography and Mr. Jineesh Mathew, who later photographed the students, both provided us with excellent assistance.
The Academy of Design management(ADM), guided by Jd Institute of Fashion Technology Cochin’s enthusiastic students, put in a tremendous amount of effort, which contributed to the success of the flea market fashion show.
The assistance of our faculty members and the staff at Flea Market Kochi helped ensure the success of this event, and we are grateful to all of the students who took the initiative and persevered in making it a success. ADM Cochin students are always kept engaged and motivated by giving them the opportunity to participate in various activities that expose them to the fashion and design industries and help pave the way for their future careers and professional lives.
